Can someone verify that the P0134 code is the front sensor:

Also I am aware of the wiring harness issue. I've had this code come up and I cleaned the contacts on the sensor itself and the problem went away for a few months. This time my car is driving a little funny, so it might be the sensor.
I've heard that cleaning the contacts on the ECU is also helpful. Where exactly is the ECU? Whats the best way to access it?
