I know this has been posted on many Saab sites - the "it won't start the first time in the A.M. but does the second time". In my case it's starts for a second then dies like it's out of gas. I had this occasionally but now it happens every time I start the car in the A.M. after sitting over night. Seems to me it's fuel pressure related. I thought after replacing my FPR recently this fixed the issue but alas no.
So is it possible that after sitting over 8 hours the car loses all of it's fuel pressure and even if the key is turned on for a second or two before starting (in effect priming the fuel pressure) there's not enough pressure to keep the fuel flowing? Can't think of anything else at this point. Can't see how it's electrical related or TB for that matter.
