Take it back, that's part of the alignment process to have the steering wheel properly centered. It is adjusted by turning both tie rod sleeves an equal amount in order to change the steering wheel position.
In my experience tire shops are the WORST place to get alignments done. They give them to to junior guys that don't really understand the process and just follow the pretty lights on the alignment machine.
I've had good results with a large frame/alignment shop and also with a small independent garage - the latter actually let me assist by reading the screen and calling instructions to the tech working under the car.
