I'm assuming an automatic transmission and that you've separated the engine and tranny. The transmission will have to move as far to the right as possible. I then, after removing everything from the crank pulley side, pulled the engine out tranny side first. With everything moved over as far as possible there was almost 2 inches between the flywheel and the tranny.
