I have a 2005 9-5 wagon (about 115k miles) that has had engine (turbo and tach) surging in both idle and while driving. It has a new ignition cassette and new plugs. I posted about this before and was advised to clean the throttle body, which I did and the car ran great for about a week. When my friend was spraying the cleaner into the TB while I revved the engine, he notice the oil trap hose that comes from the bottom left of the TB (part number 9549528) collapsing when I restarted the engine. My local mechanic (not saab) said that should not happen and recommend replacing it and the white plastic PCV valve that connects to the other trap hose that runs down into the engine. Could this be the problem??
