Well, mostly.
Done at the friendly indie's shop and I was helping him out, so the cost was very low.
The job itself was pretty intense and took us around 3.0-3.5 hours + wheel alignment. I would be much more difficult without a shop lift, and I would not want to do it at all without power tools.
Once the subframe was out - usual picture: at 79K miles shot rear bushes, very worn middle, and somewhat worn fronts.
Kicked them all out with the impact wrench - fast but brutal. The poly bushings were not that easy to fit, but once we figured out the process - all went in in a few minutes.
2 people to do the job are optimal, IMO. Especially to remove the exhaust, to handle the subframe and to press in the poly bushes.
We did not see any need for an engine suspension device as described at fixmysaabs et al. The engine hangs nicely on 2 major mounts as per SWEDECAR.
Ride/drive impressions.
(with new engine mounts, FSD shocks and Arc wagon springs installed a month or so earlier).
The front is MUCH tidier, no loose feeling whatsoever (control arm bushes are still original though).
Rather less engine sound at lower revs and during engine braking, but a tad louder at open throttle.
Somewhat more noticeable road noise. But not overwhelming or tiring.
Sharp road joints are felt more, but again, not uncomfortably harsh.
So all in all definetely recommended, especially considering the ease of installation.
However, I would hesitate to combine the poly bushes with Aero springs.
