This might be nothing but I'm little worried.
My wife is the primary driver of the 02 Linear auto 150K. Just put new 6 subframe bushings, new struts, tie rod end, ball joints, newer and very much intact 4 control arms. Also changed water pump (started to leak) and put new belt tensioner and belt. She says car picks up speed faster and easier now, almost like in the sport mode- not that she is complaining:). She says with cold engine it used to limit the power little bit while accelerating into the highway- not anymore and it bothers me.
So I drove it few times. The only thing I noticed is that the boost gauge goes easy into the end of the yellow.
Checked turbo plumbing- everything is in place. One of the hoses from the Turbo Bypass Valve to the compressor is not so tight- will correct that.
Do I have an overboost problem? Or maybe tires pointing more straight and water pump not dragging as much added some improvement? But that would be almost anecdotal.
