Many moons ago, I had a 10 foot Zodiac that I carried in my Classic 900. It pretty much all fit in the trunk space, though other boating accouterments went in the back seat. I had a small motor for a while (a 2.5, IIRC), and an electric trolling motor as well.
You're not going to fit a boat much larger than a 10 footer in the trunk of a 9-5. Also, I hope you have a wagon, as that'll make it a lot easier to load & unload, not having any "lips" to get over like the sedans do. You might get a larger boat in a 9-5 wagon with the seat down, with some judicious folding.
Also, these things are NOT light! If you've never had one, they're not the lightweight inflatable "toys" you see everywhere.
