I would remove the floor from the trunk. I don't remember how it's attached but I think it should be removable. Then I'd wet the area with some warm water and work in a whole bunch of that blue Dawn dish soap. You know, the one with the oil spill penguin or duck on the label? Use a stiff bristled brush to really scrub it in. Rinse out the soap, pat it dry, and sprinkle a good coating of baking soda on it and just let it sit for a day or two. Hopefully that will get rid of most of it.
