Hello,
My experience is that a p1530 is either the t7 or the wiring going to the throttle body. You need to test the inputs to the throttle body to make sure they are providing 5v or ground depending on which wires. Usually you will find on is off .3v or so.We saw lots of them at the dealerships on 1999's and early 2000 were the ecm circuit board was not coated properly and would corrode. Good Luck, Bernie
