I had a seam let go on my coolant tank, so it is possible. Other possibilities in order of common occurrence are...
Coolant bypass valve/hose near center of firewall
Plastic radiator crack
Any of the hoses
Head gasket
I have had all but the head gasket occur on my 04 aero, 134k.
Pay special attention to those areas during the pressure test, also look at the area under the car after parking it overnight to see where drips or puddle is.
