2007 95 Aero Wagon Automatic

We just bought the car from a little dealer and I got to talk to the previous owner this morning. She said the cluster had a bunch of lights on it when she donated the car. Someone went into the dash and the entire black face of the cluster is missing. Here are things I know about it.

1. None of the warning lights come on.
2. Temp is not working
3. DTE is not working
4. Speedo is not working correctly. The car is going 10-15MPH faster then shown on the display
5. Gas gauge is not working
So my questions are as follows:

1. Should I replace the cluster?
2. If I replace it is there a difference between the Automatic and Standard shift cluster?
3. Can I use an OBD2 to program or will it need to be programmed by a Saab computer thing?

There was also an issue with the Air Mass Meter/Sensor. The arrows were pointing towards the air filter, not towards the engine. The car ran really rough, air filter was super dirty, and if I put the AC on it stalled. I turned it around and it runs a little better and doesn't shut off when the AC is turned on but still runs about 600rpm at idle....rough.

1. Would a major tune up fix the rough idle or should I replace the Air Mass Meter/sensor?

I've owned 10 Saabs since 2000 but never a 95. I drive an 01 Viggen and love it.

Any help would be great. This is a bear to figure out and the $ I need to spend I want to put in the right parts and work. I do have a place that works on Saabs about 1 hour from me and plan on taking it there once I can get it all running fairly decent.

Thanks in advance.
