Battery wear when car is moved in driveway??

My 2008 Saab 9-5 was moved yesterday to wash and moved back to it's spot in driveway. When my wife went to start this morning, no luck. Battery charged up no problem and runs fine now. Battery is newer.
This is the second time this has happened in the last 8 months and a light bulb went off. With such a brief run of the motor, does a fan or something run that can deplete the battery. Have had no issues with battery otherwise. Also, doors were open and light on when vacuuming, could this have depleted battery to the point where it could start and move but then drain overnight??
