SWEDECAR discussed how to do this in an interesting post (see link). He uses a home-made tool to remove the middle and rear pairs of the front subframe bushings. The tool you cited is for the rear suspension; I don't know whether it can be made to work with the front bushings.
Anders replaced mine, FWIW. My spouse was much happier with that option, risk-wise.
