I've only seen the steel grey with the dark leather, as I have. Since the steel grey seems to be one of the more popular colors, and since I think the tan is not too common in a grey car, I'd say your car will look a little different from others you may run into out there.
I also have a sun green with the tan interior, and to be honest I like the way the tan seats are wearing better than the black -- the black (after only a year) seem to show scratches more readily. On the flip side, the tan shows dirt more. Good luck when you get it!
