Both new sensors, 16174 with connector, 15733 without connector installed downstream, did not make any difference. Downstream still varies from .1 and .8v and is never stable even with cruise on at 60 mph. And both measure 9.6 ohms, same as the old ones, which I now suppose is correct, contrary to WIS 3.0 which states 2.1 ± .4 ohms. Before I condemn the cat, I'll check that J16.
Update: I don't know where I got the 2.1 ohms. It is actually 9 ohms so my old sensors were probably acceptable.
