I have a new to me 07. Had it for about 3 weeks now doing routine checks and changes. Got it registered 2 days ago and started driving it. I was at a light after about 45 mins a driving no stop and go just a steady 50 to 60 mph trip when I noticed smoke coming from under the car. Not a lot but enough to notice it. Popped the hood and it seems more constant from the back drivers side corner of the engine. At a glance that I had time to do it appears that it's coming from between the block and head where the coolant hose connects to the head. Car runs fine, no lights, no running funny no nothing. This was my first time really driving it since buying it.
I'm going to spray it down and clean it to see I can get a better view of where the leak may be coming from. As for now I think it's from between the head and block, so I ask did the 06+ suffer from that head bolt stretching and needing to be re-torqued like my 2000 aero did?
