There is normally a "T" fitting that splits manifold vacuum from the intake "vacuum tree" between the coolant value solenoid and the turbo blowoff solenoid. If you've removed the coolant valve then you can run a straight vacuum line from the intake to the turbo blowoff solenoid and just leave the coolant solenoid open at both ends. As long as the solenoid is plugged in to the wiring harness the ACC won't complain.
