They should be readily available if not on eeuro, then at the many wreckers that have 2001 9-5's. Old used springs are generally fine.
This topic has been rehashed over and over and over and over... search "ride height"
I put new wagon springs in a sedan. I like that they are a bit beefier and stiffer, but they still sagged in about 6 months or so. Used would have been fine, but I had an order in anyway and they were not expensive. Rust is an issue here.
