I am not sure how to answer. I have used both Elring and SAAB and Victor Reinz.
I have replaced these five times on four cars - 2 times on the '99 that I still own. The second time I did it on the '99 was because the first time replacement seal started leaking pretty badly after about 45K miles. When I replaced it again, it was actually loose enough to turn between its OD and the ID of the oil pump cover plate into which it is supposed to be a press fit. I attach a link to my experience then. I used Victor Reinz, not because it was what I ordered, but it was what shipped. I applied Permatex Copper silicone sealant to the seal OD for good measure. I also made sure to pre-lube the inner lip of the seal and the harmonic balancer so that I wouldn't damage the new seal on startup. That has worked for about 12K miles so far.
