I just picked up the car, and it made it home, but only with base boost (just up to atmospheric).
The DI cassette in it is one that was lying around in my garage for probably close to 10 years. Could that be the cause? I've got a new cassette and crank position sensor from eEuroparts (arrived this morning) that I'll install today (I'm just waiting for the engine to cool down), so I really hope that'll fix things.
It did throw P1312 and P1334 when I first started it, but a quick search says that they just indicate a misfire at startup and should clear (I assume from the old DI cassette). The shop's receipt says it also threw P0420, but it was in the OBD II history (I'm not sure when it threw that, but I don't recall seeing it). I cleared all the codes and it didn't throw any CEL on the 10 minute drive home.
