Two plastic barbs that you squeeze with a needle nose pliers and push the connector inwards.
The hard part is to snake the connector back into the bracket again from the inside.
Many time the motor unit is also broken inside after the plastic arm has been broken for awhile allowing the motor to crunch the gears and mechanical stops inside the motor.
