There are no voltage polarity markings on the 6x9 rear speakers. The plastic connector shell (female) is keyed to assure proper polarity when mating with the audio harness male plug. Not sure to the extent which you have obliterated the audio harness (e.g., you threw away the harness plug and/or can't see the color striping of the harness wires). This is what I see in the WIS (assuming a 4D Prestige audio setup). Can you follow the harness wires back far enough to see the OEM markings?
Hooking up two parcel-shelf speakers to wires with no markings and no keyed connectors, you have a 1:4 chance of getting it right: each speaker will be either in-phase or out-of-phase. See my other post for the smartphone audio polarity tester which will help you verify everything got buttoned up correctly.
