By 175,000 the mid bushings will be shot too. IMO if you're going to keep the car, replace all six. You can see if the middle ones are gone just by lifting the car and removing a front wheel. Jack it up and support the body on stands at the lift points behind the front wheels. Use ANOTHER jack to jack the sub-frame up and down. Watch the bushing near the crank pulley on the curb (right) side of the car. Using this method you can also watch the rear of the sub-frame move around.
The shop I used did not drop the frame completely and did the work on the car. It made a BIG difference in how the car felt on the road.
