Noted moisture during int. air filter change

03 9-5 Aero wagon. Replaced the interior air filter and upon pulling out the old one there was moisture on the upper foam spacer and some clear water dripped out of the pelenum its located in.
AC had been in use so could be normal condensation, simply looking for your thoughts on it being that or perhaps a clogged drain?
