The copper ring (15mm ID) is all you need and is often called a gasket. I occasionally reuse them, but probably not a great idea as that can risk a leak (they crush, copper is soft). Can retorque (use a torque wrench) and sometimes that stops the leak. Better to just use a new ring, because 45 cents is cheap insurance vs having to pull the plug and drain 3+L/$30 of oil just to put a good copper washer on after anyway!
The c900 used to use a steel (IIRC) washer with rubber seal around the outside edge. Those worked well on the c900, but afaik those are not for the 9-5. I would use the copper ones on the 9-5, and the generic ones are fine, no need for the 3 for $10 Saab branded washers. I recently got some at Napa even...
