Loaners, according to Saab

I was always in the dark about this subject. I had asked several people along the way and never got a really straight answer. So this time I called Saab cutomer service and asked them directly; What is Saabs policy on loaners? When am I entitled to one? Well as it turns out, I am not. And maybe none of us are. According to the woman I spoke with a loaner is at the discretion of the dealer as a courtesy. While your car is in the original 4 year warrenty period Saab will kick in to pay $35 to rent a car for you. If you are in the Certified Pre Owned period, Saab will not kick in to pay for a loaner. So I guess that's really at the discretion of the dealer, or more likely, not gonna happen. Since my cpo period started in June, I guess I am not entitled, but then again, maybe you are not either. If this clears it up for any of you would you please explain it to me :)
