Follow-up to my "throttle body" problem

Turns out it wasn't the throttle body problem this time.. Like a previous posted mentioned on my post, it was the DI Cassette Coil this time(My husband said BI, but was he mistaken?)
Why does this sort of thing happen on these *expensive* cars? I still think it is unacceptible. The fact that in 2.5 years, I have had the car stall twice (needing tows), and this last time, in the middle of a major intersection where I had my 13 month old in the car, and I nearly got slammed by oncoming traffic. This is unacceptible to me - as well as the fact that I cannot get a "loaner car" unless I reserve it in advance. According to the service manager I was told this when I leased the vehicle.. That does not make it better. It's a major inconvenience, and one that put me in danger twice - something I was hoping to avoid by getting rid of my crappy 5 year old Mercury Tracer, upgrading to this brand new Saab...
I had to have it towed from my work parking lot on Saturday and all shaken up, spoke to the service manager, who didn't seem to care one rat's a$$ about my predicament nor my displeasure with the whole Saab experience. Funny too, that my dealership consistently gets excellent ratings for customer service -- and of course they tell you that anything less than "excellent" is unacceptible, so "if you're happy, just rate us excellent". My a$$.
Sorry again, to rant - just disappointed and still upset.
