We took delivery of our new Aero wagon in August and love it - its our second Aero.
Here are just a few suggestions...
1. Set Tech II for no Daytime headlights
2. Set for climate control system not to come on automatically
3. make sure that they include the "dog Screen" that separates the rear seat from the cargo area - it used to an option, but is included with wagons
I added the Remus sport exhaust which has a subdued throaty burble that makes the wagon an aural treat to drive.
I have the Saab all-season mats (black sissel with piping) for spring/summer/fall and the Saab rubber mats for winter (Much better fit - but lower quality - than the Weathertech mats)
I replaced the stock brake pads with Satisfied Pro Ceramic pads (great bite - practically zero dust)
I sold the stock alloys/tires and replaced them with two sets:
1. Summer- 17x8 ASA AR-1's with Dunlop SP9000's (225/45-17)
2. Winter- 16x7.5 Borbet Type E's with Bridgestone Blizzak WS-50's (225/50-16)
Tires/wheels/brakes I got from Tire Rack (Eric x391)
The leather seats will enjoy and respond to good leather treatment (Griot's, Lexol) - especially when new - it helps to set the new wrinkles more "evenly"
The car takes a good 5000 miles to break-in. It will feel so strong after that. The remapping of the shift points makes the sport-mode a real joy. Its so cool to be tooling along at 70 mph on the high way - start to slow down under light breaking - and have the car shift down to 4th... no violent throttle stab for "kickdown" necessary - sport mode actually makes the car easire to drive with authority and not ever have to go beyond 1/4-1/3 throttle for more aggressive shift points...
Enjoy your new car and happy holidays...
