I have an 04 Town and Country (company car). It a base LX, 3.3 V6.
First off, it flies.
Secondly, it is quite adept in the handling department. It doesn't feel topheavy, all controls are smooth. The only letdwon is the tires; its only got 15's. 16's come with Michelins, not the Goodyears I have.
Third, and most importantly - braking. Stops on a dime! I recall a test of a Grand Caravan, 01 or 02, that stopped in under 120 ft from 60 repeatedly. Thats 9-3SS territory.
Its comfy inside, too. Three zone a/c, etc.
My company has held off until spring for new ones, as the 05's have two rows of seats that fold into the floor.
FWIW, we have about 250 of them - Mopar vans, that is. A few months ago, they drove every van on the market, and found that, dollar for dollar, Mopars couldn't be beat.
I'm at 5K miles in 6 weeks, and no problems to report.
