There's no provision for an auxiliary input. You couldn't use the CD changer input without patching into an actual CD changer first, which would be difficult if not impossible. I believe (???) it's a fiber optic link that connects the CD changer to the radio, not just a straight pre-amp line.
The first automaker that figures out that it should expose a port that can be talked to via ASCII commands or asserting different pins of the port -- such that information can be displayed on the dash and the steering wheel audio controls can be responded to -- and that accepts standard pre-amp lines is going to sell a lot of cars!
