Went and picked up my car yesterday after it was torn down and 'fixed' for oil consumption. Of course when I went to jump in and drive, my luck would have it that someone hit the passenger side corner of my rear bumper. Nice and scraped up, but not "hit" per say...just rubbed, but dealership agreed to make good of that and replace at my 20k miles service. If it's not one thing, it's another :)

So...went and filled up with gas and drove my hour back home...seems to be MUCH more responsive and w/o a doubt accelerates quicker. Want to let things settle in for a bit before I really drive it, plus it was raining like mad. Time will tell if this fix worked, I have about 1200 miles before my 20k service...so hopefully all is fine till then. All in all, great job by the dealership...they swapped out my summer tires/wheels for my winter ones while I was there, even cleaned the hell out of my summer ones and bagged them up nicely.

Here's a list of what was done and parts used for the repair. Wish I got a whole new engine, but hopefully this takes care of things for good.

If anyone could decipher a couple of the parts, that would be most appreciated. Just curious as to what exact 'gaskets' and which 'O-Ring' were replaced. Not sure if that info is in WIS. Also what code P1110 means, unless it just means "replace bypass valve". Either way, nice to be back in my Aero, especially after having a base 9-2x for a week...nice fun car, but not for me.
