My 2000 LPT Wagon experience:
Front calipers: 7mm hex(allen) for caliper slides, 5mm Hex(allen) for indexing screw on rotor. Some WD40 helped there. To remove rotor you will need to remove caliper bracket. These are two 18mm bolts that are torqued down. I soaked them in Wd40, but that did not helped due to LockTite being applied. Heating them with hand heald propane torch helped, but you must be carefull not to destroy brake lines and CV joint boots. I used thick Al foil to fashion a heat shield. On the rear calipers, I used 18mm socket with 1/2in ratchet and long handle to openthem up without heat.
Rear calipers (sliding type):
T40 torx index screw; 7-mm hex(allen) sliders, 18mm bolts for the bracket.
Use RED-High temperature LockTite to re-assemble the bolts, and torque wrench for others.
