Seat Belts and Child Seats - Seat Belt Broken

I have now broken three seat belts on both my 2002 9-5 and 1997 9-3. These are the rear belts and it is the point where the belt weaves through the buckle. When I cinch down my child seats, there seems to be pressure put on the plastic and I have snapped three of them in the past year. Anyone else have this problem?
