Hi. Not too simple.

1. you remove the plastic above and below the steering wheel column (3 screws)
2. take out the SID, Radio and ACC
3. remove the buttons/switches
4. remove the dash (switches + clips - you need to pull on it but don't twist otherwise you can break the plastic
5. unscrew the instrument cluster
6. unscrew back panel
7. inspect/change the bulbs

an then the reverse to fit.

It is doable, but will take a lot of time and effort unless you have done it before. Some special tools needed too - a) to remove the radio, and b) a magnetic tip screwdriver to screw back the instrument cluster
