It is not too bad. It was a little difficult to get the OE springs out - tall and mushy. I was using a set of standard spring compressors. It would help if you had a compressor as pictured in the Bentley manual. I compress them as much a I could but still had to take the spring seat off to get them out. Putting in the new SAS springs in was a piece of cake since they are much shorter (11.5 inches uncompressed compared to 14.7 for the OE). Unfortunately there was no time to install the rears. I will do them next weekend. But the handling improvement with the front only is remarkable. They are not too stiff and I am running the OE shocks still at 93K miles.
