Well, I have one other idea. Carefully inspect the rubber bellows-type connectors that link the turbo outlet with the pipe going to the IC. That thing is exposed to incredible heat, plus dirt, grime, etc., and big pressure fluctuations. It might have a split that is hard to see with the engine off, but opens wider at boost.
The only real way to inspect it right is to take it off, but that's not hard. Take off the entire piece from the turbo to the intercooler, and clean the rubber connection boots at both ends, looking for any splits. Good luck!
