Your car is completely pre-wired for fog lights. Plug the relay in position D in the relay box (labeled "fog lamps") and plug the switch (from a junkyard) into the plug located under the instruments. Remove the upper and/or lower knock out panels (left/behind steering wheel, look like buttons but don't do anything) and plug in your fog light switch. The wiring harnesses for the lamps themselves are ziptied to the towing eye (left side) and the frame, near the battery (left side) or some such. They will have grey plastic connectors on them with two circular holes in them. You will probably need to cut them off and just solder on to the wires.
I assume you are adding these lights for poor weather visibility. Aim them. Here's how.
Park 25 ft. away from a wall. Turn the lights on. The light beams should be aimed two inches lower than their physical height on the car.
Steer away from cheap fogs sold at most stores- they are aimed poorly so they won't work, and piss off other drivers. They also last about two years.
Driving lights are not fog lights. Fog lights are not headlamps. Don't make the rest of us look stupid by driving around with poorly aimed driving lights on, your headlamps off, and your stereo blasting. Please reserve these actions for Honda Prelude drivers.
I don't want to sound harsh, but this is one of my pet peeves. And for God's sake, poor visibility only!
