I checked out the panhard rod bushings and decided against replacing them.. A torque arm has one end at the wheel, the other up and back onto the body. The bushing at the wheel has steel against steel, these were worn out (the rubber gone bad). The steel rusted together. Actually the other end looked very good, rubber firm and flexy.
