Most likely the cc hose was inadvertently disconnected from the back of the actuator under the dash or the chain that connects the actuator to the throttle linkage was disconnected. To test the hose, disconnect at the cc pump on the left front fender, and suck. If it doesn't hold vacuum, the hose is disconnected or broken. If the system doesn't leak, you should see the throttle linkage move a little when you suck firmly. If not, the chain is probably undone. Remove the left speaker grill and you should be able to see whether the chain is connected. Reconnection is possible by reaching in through the opening.
The other alternative is that one of the vacuum breaker switches on the clutch or brake pedal got knocked out of adjustment.
