A 3-foot length of 1" or 1.5" square steel tubing will do the trick. About 6-8" from one end, drill a hole in the tubing large enough to go over the bolt head and then drill and file out a narrower slot extending from the hole to slide over the shank of the bolt. When done, the hole will look like a keyhole. Slide the hole over the bolt in the end of the clutch shaft and pry the shaft out. There's no threat to the radiator and even a stuck shaft will come out with ease.
Use the same prybar arrangement later to get the clutch shaft bearing out of the middle of the flywheel. Use a bolt whose head will just barely go through the hole in the bearing and catch on the inside edge. Put a nut on the threaded end of the bolt and use the prybar to pull on the bolt to lever the bearing out. Works slick and avoids having to remove the flywheel.
