Leave them be. It's pretty much normal for a cold 16V. The lifters leak down overnight. It takes oil to pump them up, and oil in a cold engine, especially in winter, takes time to get in there. The orifice for the lifters is very small (it helps in preventing leak-down), so it takes more time the thicker the oil.
If the ticking stops after 5 minutes or so, you've got nothing to worry about. What's more, you can futz with new seals, and your freshly reworked valve train will still tick-tick-tick when cold.
It's a Saab thing.
