I am trying to get my car running smoothly. Here's the rundown so you are on the same page as me to start:

'88 SPG - bored out .010" rebuilt 15,000 mi. ago

Stage 2 APC
RRFPR set to 3.0 bar base
24lb injectors
Distributor AID
big IC pipes
Stainless 2.5" cat-back exhaust
K/N filtercharger
SPG9 wastegate
silicon vac. lines
Stock IC (but then Halifax is always cool and wet, perfect turbo climate...)
new NGKBPSE6's gapped .024, bougicords (removed SPG9 Firewire kit due to wild boost flutter), new bosch cap & rotor
new Centerforce 9000 clutch with lightened flywheel
20psi hooter valve

-O2 sensor functioning normally, 0.5-1 volts
-alternator cranking out 14.2 at idle with all accessories on, with external voltage regulator kit
-plugs indicate running rich(carbonized)
-resistance at AMM 380
-a/f ratio gauge idles steady at stoich/rich border (not much sweeping), but at light load, low throttle goes all the way lean (off scale), at wot it is a bit richer than idle...

Problems:
boost still fluctuates wildly, even w/AID- shoots up to 24psi, back down to 15-16. Wastegate is set to about 5psi base boost, which seems weird that it would then shoot up that high...

hesitates under load, light throttle up hill
boost flutter under high rpm, high boost

anybody have any ideas?

Thanks
