I don't really think the car would run on for a block if the hose came off the turbo... but it might. I think it's more likely that one of the large vacuum lines popped out of your intake manifold. Best to look at it in daylight or in a garage with a droplight. Look along the top of the intake manifold around and behind the throttle body, tug on the hoses lightly to make sure they're all attached. Check the large lines going to the AIC valve and the ones going to your brake booster and charcoal canister. If they've come off, clean them of any oily residue and reattach them. I've got plastic tiewraps holding mine on now so that they don't blow off under pressure.
