Easy DIY if you have a Bentley manual

I paid $35 for a PAIR of them, and replaced the driver's side in about an hour. That includes getting it on jackstands and reading the instructions fifty times so I didn't screw it up. I'm no mechanic. If you can change oil, you can do this. Any professional with a lift who charges more than half an hour is totally screwing you on this job. Of course, my '89 had absolutely no rusted bolts, so that part was easy. The only thing I would do if you buy a used one is to replace the bushings (I didn't but should've), and you might as well replace the lower shock bushing while you have it off the post; it's probably worn out, too. The Bentley manual is invaluable, and is worth the $50. Feel free to email me if you have specific questions.
