Depends on where you live, how the car is running, and what you want.
Saabs tend to run warm. If you want to cool it off, use the lower thermostat. About the only reason I would run a hotter thermostat is if you live in a very artic climate, where the temps regularly live well below zero F, and you want all the heat the heater can give.
My recommendation actually is a 82 C. I run that in my cars. I live in central Connecticut, where some mornings it is 0 F in the winter, and the I still get enough heat. Come summer, the car runs much cooler. At 82C the engine still gets warm enough to operate properly.
