OK. If it's the one that goes towards the head, it's the vacuum line for the fuel pressure regulator. You can't see it in this picture, but it's a small canister about 2/3 of the way back from the front of the head, mounted above the intake manifold. It has a line going to the fuel rail and another that eventually finds its way to the fuel tank. There should be a nipple for a vacuum line on it. It may be that the previous owner routed another vacuum line to it.
Unfortunately, it's not mine. It's the 1st prize winner for modified SAABs in the '99 SAAB convention. But it was a convenient way to show the vacuum hoses. It is a *great* car, though.
