Sweating- can help you here, but some condensation is probably to blame.
The AIC tends to whistle- especially if it is dirty. The hose to the manifold also tends to collapse a little, and you can get a whistle here too. Cleanig the AIC is very simple- remove; spray a little carb cleaner until it flushes clean (I don't 'tip' mine down- keep cleaner away from electrical anything.) Let dry and lubricate with a quick shot of WD-40- some use regular oil- doesn't take much. Check all fo the hoses to it for excessive gunk- build up and for cracks. I clean these larger hoses with a light mix of Simple Green and some hot water (I also have this flexable bore cleaning brush thing, which seems to help). They get pretty nasty- Simple Green won't hurt the rubber (rinse well), but stonger cleaners can.
