You can switch "Exchange" the left to the right and get the window up.
It is more than likley a dirty switch. A contact cleaner will help mild cases.
If you have a slow movin window ... Ya better get the door panel off and where the motor bolts to the door, in the center and down about a inch and a half is the window motor drive gear. First wet it with oil and work it. Than pack it full of synthetic grease. Wipe some grease on the teeth of the gear on the window regulator too. Mihjy as well lube the iner workings of the latch and lock linkages too. Tighten all the mounting bolts and screws for the door handle and window regulator.
If you really want to do t up right .....get some 4 mil plastic, cut and glue it to the opening of the door inner access. Its called a vapor barrier. Later models have a molded plastic insert that does well.
The window motor failures I have seen, died because the shaft behind the Gear rusted tight.
