Feasible? It's feasible but not likely. I would suggest trying it though as the worst that happens is you have it towed somewhere and have it finished. We don't learn if we don't try. Get a Bentley Manual. Did this on my '85 Turbo 16V and couldn't get the timing cover back in without ruining the head and oil pan gaskets so I had to pull the head. I'm no pro but have done 6 head gaskets on various 900's so I have some experience. There are lots of little tricks that will help so email me if you wish. KenMB@aol.com
